We have made the difficult decision to close our physical store and move completely online. Unfortunately, not enough customers were visiting our store, and it was no longer possible for us to keep the shop running. How long does shipping take?
We offer free shipping on all UK orders. You'll receive your Track & Trace code by email within 24 hours of ordering, and delivery takes between 7 and 12 business days.
What is your returns policy?
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it's unworn, unwashed and still has its tags. Email info@monroehayesmanchester.com with your order number to start a return. Once we receive and inspect it, we refund the full amount within 14 days.
How do I find my size?
Check our size guide for a full measurement chart (bust, waist and hips) and tips on how to measure yourself. If you're between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up. Still unsure? Email us and we're happy to help.
