Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • To start a return, email us at info@monroehayesmanchester.com with your order number. We will send you the return instructions and return address.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@monroehayesmanchester.com with a photo, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund – including any shipping costs.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under UK and EU consumer law, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases.
